Accommodation:

Hotel price during the peak season is higher than that in the off-peak season. It costs around 300 for an average hotel, while the 5-star hotel is much expensive, about RMB700-1200. Reservation for accommodation is recommended during the peak season.

Invite your friends at the internship to go with you together!

For many international interns who cannot speak Chinese, it’s better to ask your Chinese friends or colleagues to help you to book a trip to JiuZhai Alley. Inviting other interns and at least one Chinese friend go with you together will be a great idea!

To protect the site, the office stipulated the following crowd-control and safety measures:

– Only up to 2,000 visitors a day will be allowed to enter the park (daily opening time 8:00-17:00)

– Only group tours will be accepted; no individual tourist will be allowed to enter

 

Tips:

  1. Prepare enough food and water for the long journey on the bus;
  2. Prepare sweaters, sunscreens, sunglasses, and umbrellas. The area of the scenic spot has a drastic temperature change in autumn when you can wear a T-shirt at daytime and a thick sweater at night.
